Systematic Leadership Intelligence was created to provide leadership skills that will help people transform their lives professionally as well as personally. The Systematic Framework is unique in that it first focuses on the accountability of individuals leading themselves well with a focus on personal growth and development. It is our belief that if people in your organization are not growing, they will not be prepared to lead and manage teams in the organization. Systematic Business Processes for Profit defines clear objectives for profit while OLS will provide step-by-step processes to implement those objectives throughout every level of the organization. As a result, individuals will grow more confident, teams will get stronger, the organization will be more profitable, and there will be a Systematic Identity Shift. It will be a new version of the organization where the individuals will see how they fit into the vision of where the organization is headed. Daron Gunst is an Executive Consultant, business leader, and the creator of the Systematic Framework, a practical approach to leadership, business growth, and personal transformation. Built from decades of real-world experience leading teams, improving operations, and growing businesses, the Systematic Framework was created to solve a problem Daron repeatedly encountered throughout his career: organizations often struggle not from a lack of talent, but from a lack of leadership development, accountability, and execution.
At the center of the framework is Systematic Leadership Intelligence (SLI), a leadership philosophy rooted in the Golden Rule and built upon 13 simple and duplicatable leadership principles.
